Defo sounds like the problem, cos it dont seem to be as quick or smooth as when I first got it! But put that down to been used to the cossy! :lol:

16V Stalling.

My birds 16v keeps stalling on her every now n again, sure av read its a common fault on them somewere before, any 1 help? :D

Aftermarket managements usually plug staight onto original sensors etc or include a loom to convert.

I think it may be easier to just buy an aftermarket management/ecu to run it, such as OMEX etc? Save all the hassle of finding which wire does what etc!

Sounds a pain! 2 of my mates av em in Mk1 Golfs, think it must be more straight forward in them.

Will stay as it is unless I come across a G40, 16V is well expensive to tune.

So how much messing is it to get in Mk4 Polo, is there alot of fab work involved? Do any of the engine mounts line up?
