Re: Snapped chassis?

They shouldn't be too bad it must have been noted somewhere that this isn't the first case. The only thing id put back would be the stock suspension, the other bits shouldn't affect your warranty. And to be fair that's a structural defect in manufacturing so it wouldn't take much to get them to sort...

Re: Snapped chassis?

There have been quite a few that have gone like that.

Take it to vw and they should sort it.

Re: Newbie saying hi and seeking advice

Just remember that if you do get a dsg make sure you get a good warranty.

They have been known to have there problems and vw even had to turn the torque output down on the engine to protect it.

Re: Retrofit "MFSW" for POLO 6C, 2015 [help]

From what has been asked loads of times in various places.

You cannot get the cruise control buttons working on a MFSW on a 6c.

It was possible to get it as a factory option but the only retro fit option is the stalks.

Re: Flywheel?

i'm going to be changing to a single mass flywheel due to future upgrades

there is a few places sell a full clutch and flywheel kit (darkside developments is one place)

you will probably have to email them your VIN number to check fitment as the polo always seems to be left off vehicle lists lol

You sure the switch is in the lid and not in the latch?

Pretty sure they are in the latch in the boot.

Re: Where are the connecters and wire for boot lamp

Isn't the boot light in the the boot so wouldn't go to the boot lid.

I'd be double checking the lamp is fitted correctly (non led one) and making sure the connector is pushed fully home.
