And... with respect to the G40, what years are those made? 94? 95? is there anywhere that someone has swapped a G40 motor with a different motor into a golf? Or is that enine only mated for a polo? Thanks!

What about the 1.4l thats in the Silver MKIII in this or last months PVW? Thats stock right? What fuel injection is that? I am curious is the swap would be direct with all the engine bay wiring. is this motor a MKIII Golf motor only or is in the POLO as well?

Certainly, great question. I am hoping to see something that we dont see here, that will be a little different. Many cars have enoumous motors, I did myself just last year. But to be more "european" and with the US begining to see the pain of high gas prices, I am thinking to want a small, efficient ...

Certainly, just dont know much about the POLO. I am interested to know what the FSI actually is, I beleive its a smaller motor. I looked in the general FAQ, it looks like a 1.0 is the smallest 8v released, is that true? Ultimately I would like to exchange a 2.0 ABA motor for the smallest motor I can ...

I am looking for pics and info on the polo mirrors...MKIV - Part numbers would be great. I understand they may be smaller then the Golf mirrors, I would like to know if they are swapable... Links, pics or info greatly appreciated! New to this forum.
