Would anyone also happen to know (in PSI) the correct tyre pressure for the car? Its on the bog-standard factory 14" steelies.

As for the Emissions light - You will need to hook your car up to a laptop for diagnostics. You can go to a VW garrage and get this done for about £40 but its rediculous!

Alot of the guys (including myself) have the gear to do diagnostics.
