i'm thinkin of making this my first mod. does everyone agree you need RHD clutch and break and LHD accelerator pedals? or does the RHD accelerator pedal fit fine too? thanks correct, I have this, I used araldite (glue) on the LHD accelerator, the other two fit like a glove. so, does using the more potent stuff make much of a difference? does i matter if one fill up you use one and the next you use the other? so far ive only used standard fuel, mainly due to the price. things have change since this post was started! normal unleaded is well over £1/litre never mind the ...

i can't decide whether to keep these on my gti or taek them off.

i've paid £950 for mine, i'm 22, 0 no claims but have beena named driver for 5 years. it would ahve been £850 but i put the missus on who has a speeding ticket therefore bumping the price right up! women eh!!

i worked out my MPG for the gti for the first time the other day. 35mpg, which i didnt think was bad. that was a mixture of town driving and a motorway drive up to newcastle.

only got the car a couple of weeks ago, so, as you can imagine, ive been booting it most of the time!!
