Sorry guys, yeah its a pd130 tdi sport!

It pulled 147bhp as standard mate!

we then installed a pd160 intake pipe to get that little extra air in and it was mapped to 178bhp and a bucket load of torque!

apart from the better intake pipe it is standard air filter standard exhaust standard ...

Well ive had an eventfull weekend!

Started friday after work with a trip up to leeds ready to see paul in RS Tuning on saturday morning!

Top guy and very happy with the map!

Before Rolling road figures on his rollers were 147bhp and 242Ilbs of torque!

After a few hours of fiddling and fine ...

defo go back mate, the problem i had was a now and again!

everytime i took it in to them it wouldnt do it, i even spent the morning with them and nothing!

they finally heard a noise and put it down to gearbox chatter!

persist with it mate!

The out come im happy with, if they didnt pay out as ...

tbh mate the problem has gone and its seems ok!

they said it was because they never diagnosed it under warranty they couldnt carry it forward!

it was hard enough arguing to get to this stage thats why i was happy to pay that amount rather than the full amount!

Well for the past 8-10 months ive been booking our polo into vw for a vibration and rattle we were getting on idle! This problem went as soon as we put our foot on the clutch!

Vw failed to diagnose this on numerous occassions!

Anyway once the warranty was up on the car they finally found a problem ...

Right im looking to see what interest i have in this car as ive seen a new car we are after and would rather see this car go to someone who will look after it rather than part ex it and end up in the auctions!

Right its the new polo gti shape 9n? but instead of the 1.8t its got the 1.9tdi pd130 ...

same price ! but the rpm solutions was offering up to 45bhp and 75ilbs torque!

its a pain as i have heard loads of horror stories about big and small companies so dunno who to trust !

that guys website looks professional fair play will defo keep him in mind! and the 400 mile round journey will be ...

yeah a re map is on the cards once we get the wedding and honeymoon out the way!

anyone heard of rpm tuning solutions?
based in neath in wales but travel too you and re map the car!???
or does anyone recomend someone??

currently have a polo tdi pd 130 sport!

really happy with it and after some advice on whats best engine wise for some more power and so on?

dunno if theres many diesel boys on here!!

We bought a polo tdi130 and its the best car ever!

i have a tuned 306 tdi but the polo is another class!

146bhp and 260ilbs torque and its standard woohoo!!!

vrs are ok but i'd prefer 3dr!

fair play thats a good gain!!!

Ive got a polo 130pd tdi on a 55 plate not sure what phase model that is as i aint too clued up on vw!

we rolling roaded that recently and pulled 146 bhp and 260ilbs of torque!!!
