2 tyres as new 2 1/2 down in tred all need a re refurb.

HI Great forum new to this.
Just got polo 1.2 se 52 reg great car revs so well.
just got 1 question i get water in side the boot left hand side looks like its coming in from the left rear light is this common ?
the polo has not got a sunroof
it has got the squeek from the front that is common ...
