Thanks for the help mate, ive been quoted £2500 already for my insurance so i think im just going to leave the engine alone for the time being haha thanks anyway though, i apreciate it!!!

im sure its a mk3 so ill take your word for it having a single point injection unit! what would you suggest i do to tune the engine without sending the insurance through the roof? this is why i thought an induction kit was a good idea!

It's definately not fuel injected, my dad bought me a universal air filter to put on so i took the old air box off and theres a carb underneath it. i couldn't fit it because there is pipework coming from the air box that goes to the front of the engine and somewhere else so it wouldn't work.

New Boy engine help

I have recently bought a 1995 1.0 polo and want to do something to the engine. I thought about fitting an induction kit but i can't find any for a not fuel injected car. i was wondering if anyone could help? Thanks
