M&D in Northampton has a 6N in, I'm not sure if the mirrors are there though.

Where's your student place? My ex lived in Abington (also in student accomodation) and loads of mirrors got knocked off round there.

I thought skater kids had better things to do, like slit their wrists and write songs about it.

At least you're OK!

I'd be surprised if you see your car again, insurance companies have written off lesser damaged cars!

Sounds like you're running a copied key to me.

Have you tried pulling the key out slightly, or wobbling it about in the barrel?

Check inside the front cover of your service book (if you still have it), alternatively go to your local dealer and let them hunt it out on the VW computers.

The Ibiza is a PD160, different engine code :)

The new and improved Ibiza FR comes with the 1.8T and can easily be haggled down to £11k at the dealers.

What about an Ibiza GTI 2.0 16v? I have one - 98R, 70k, air con, sunroof, electric windows and mirrors, sports seats, 0-60 in 7.5ish. All it cost me was £900! If you want a boot, Cordoba SXs are pretty much the same car and they're normally less! eBay's got a fair few going through right now, at th...

I ran a standard airbox, VAG air filter and PD160 intake...I had other filters and induction kits on but they made no difference!

I've seen poorly fitting Green filters on a few cars now, one was a Fabia vRS (which is also a 9N based PD130) and a Polo GT. If it doesn't seal, what does it filter?

Don't get a Green filter, they don't seal into the airbox right. Seen it on loads of cars now!

Yeah the PD160 Ibiza Cupra remaps to 200bhp!

Why don't you remap your Polo and order an Ibiza PD160 air intake for it? That'll save you changing cars and will help you keep standard PD160s at bay! :)
