Re: My GTI opinions please
Yeah. Where they have 18 small LED's in, once one of those LED's go the whole strip goes causing a dimmer light and/or flickering. The look is awesome but until they start producing them properly I wouldnt recommend buying them. Well the ones I got from australia and china anyway.

Re: My GTI opinions please
Nice example you have there mate. I've gone through 3 sets and just fitted yellow bulbs instead. The white look did look a lot better but wasn't worth it in the end. Check out my Mk5 thread and you'll see some pics of the fogs in action.

Re: *** LOL's Mk5 6N2 SE WIP Thread, New pics pg32 ***
Uploaded some more photo's. This time inside. Only change here is i've replaced the LED fogs with Yellow bulbs. Main reason was the LED's weren't lasting at all. Went through three pairs! So I thought i'd go for something different. I never use them both together now though (unless due to fog) but s...

Your right. I do like your tints . Might be something for the future if I hold onto the car for a while longer.

No problem mate :) I think the Hella's would look smart in either Red or Black to be honest. Have you thought about tinting the rear windows to combine with the blue/black theme? Ben, Obviously black on mine. Quite tempted to do it now. I'm not really a fan of tinted windows. I cant stand ''the van...

Cheers fella.
I just levered it out with a screwdriver. Its held in by a couple of spring clips. Then slotted the new tinted one in place and resealed it with black silicone. Check through my thread mate, should have some pics of them both out so you can see what I mean.

To be ohnest I would rather them more smoked out to hide the clear lines in them. I also love the the clear hellas sprayed red but I'm going for a black/blue look. Would love to get it lowered again but on better suspension but got a lot of things to spend the money on first.
