yeah it will fit. got my gti backbox from the stealers for around £125 and you dont need the gti valace, you can cut out the standard one. also you need to get a reducer pipe made. mine was about 12 quid so not expensive. heres a pic of what mine looks like: http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e398/mu...

i got it from vw and it was £125, which isnt bad when you compare it to some of the aftermarket stuff and a standard backbox from vw is £97.

yer ive fitted one to mine, you need a reducer pipe cus the gti one is 2.5in and the standard ones about an inch smaller. this cost me about 12quid from Track Torque Racing in tockwith so its not exactly expensive. you can also use the original rear valace, just needs to be cut a little. sounds good...

yeah ill have to agree with you on this one. the thule system is awesome. with me it takes 3 bikes with ease. easy to fit and remove and so much more convienient that putting dirty bikes in the back of the car.

you probs wont need drop links. im on 50mm springs and my arb is fine with the driveshaft. erm i would also uprate your bushes, ive just had mine changed cus my stock ones were absolutely shot after 4 months of being lowered

my polo has these lights in the doors to. the top 3/4 of them is a reflector but the bottom 1/4 is a light which shines onto the ground
