yer thats what i thought just cnat under stand it goin to pop into to mr clutch sat and see if they know what it is annoying thing is its not even my car and its bugging me lol

yer all other gears are there the gear stick goes into to reverse ive done these gearboxes before and they have all gone perfectly just can see why this one is being such a pain

no reverse

has any one got any ideas we just changed my mates cltuch on his 1.4 polo 6n2 put it all back together all went well until we went to reverse the car and it seems that reverse is the sam ea 1st but none of the linkage has moved at all so there is no reason for this at all we cant see any thing worng...

there are four clips on the side and if urs still has them in at the back of the tray it should have a clip either side but they do tend to have fallen off

a sachs is the best for them i got mine form gsf and there are really cheap if you cant do it your self or dont have the time like i dint then mr clutch done mine while i was at work

not that many only bout 500 ish i think but i did have major camber when it went trought them so that would expalin alot of it

toyos are better than s drives in the dry btu not where near as good in the wet or even damp roads plus toyos are very soft and will waer quicker than s drives i had toyos and only last me 2 months and my s s drive have last 3 months so far and still got lots of life in them

well i can say s drives are awsome i put a set on mine not long ago and now the rear end dont kick out on round abouts and it dont spin up in the wet either

just take it in a see what they say i had a similar thing with seat for my gfs arosa and they sorted all the probs out with that
