Turbo bolts loose

Hi Guys,

Seem to have this problem again(turbo bolts loose) :x ....found out last yesterday while driving home - the car started to make a screeching sound when it starts to boost.

Would like to know if there is a permanent fix for this?

Re: Cone in a box

I have the same setup but i'm missing the cover for the airbox. Will make the cover soon.

This setup works really well....lots of guys with 1.8T in South Africa are running this.

Does this setup come with a 90degree silicon pipe to connet to the MAF?

So how is the ride with the Eibachs?
Where did you get the springs from?VW offers the 30mm spring, which is not that low.

Howzit Vinesh,

Your car looks wicked...I'm also from SA
I've got a Koni setup(Koni Sport Springs and Sport Shocks) on my Polo GTI

I had the H&R springs on, but found it bumpy - I'm now happy with the Koni springs but need to get the rear end lower - will be getting customized springs for ...

would love too - but I did not enjoy the ride with the H&R spring (was kinda bumpy) - roads here in South Africa are kinda s**t. Lots of even roads and potholes :(
I will be getting a rear spring customized for me

Hi Shanethb,

I had mine fitted a few months ago - really loving the ride because of the adjustable shocks :D

Only problem is that the rear end is sitting slightly high than the front end,
they say its a 40mm spring, but when I had the H&R 35mm spring installed - the car was much lower than the ...
