Re: 1.4 SE DSG Non Starter!
The fun continues, a week without a car as of tomorrow  To top matters off the car was sat @ the stealership for 3 days, couldn't find anything wrong so off I went Saturday morning to pick it up. Keys handed over and just as I was about to drive off...you guessed it didn't start again  Ep...

Nice bit of kit this for sure, still think I'd go for a used GTI over it though

Still snoop around on here now and again but don't post often enough really :) Anyway the car has been going fine up until just recently, Wednesday morning went to start it and the battery was a flat as a pancake  Nothing left on overnight and was working the day before just fine, very strange....

Re: my new polo 1.4 sel dsg
Nice ride, we have the 1.4 SE DSG and agree with your comments the DSG is just fantastic, come from a Polo GT TDI to this. OK It's certainly not as quick but feels nippy enough for me for now

Re: Can i fit Boavista alloys on my Polo 10 1.2 Moda ???
Yes they will go straight on but they are *very* expensive. Never seen a set on eBay, I'd either go for after market or smaller VW ones personally. I'm going for the 16'' Navarre's on mine

Can you please post up the link where you got these from? I've searched the web even with part no but can't really find anything? Are these not the VW Racing springs for the Polo GTI? Just wondered...

Re: Navarre Alloys - Replica's?
Cheers for the replies folks, expecting tyres to be a little pricy but no change from owning my old GT really so similar price wise
@JIC Cracked...Prob a little early in the year to be honest for me but will keep an eye on here anyway, will be wanting alloys & tyres

Navarre Alloys - Replica's?
After picking up the now not so new Polo 1.4 DSG last year the only thing I would change is the alloys, at the time I was strapped for cash (wedding!) but quite fancy a change this year. I was wondering does anyone know if there are Navarre Replica alloys available? I've seen the odd set pop up on e...

No MPG on display?
Can you get the average or current MPG to display on a Polo 1.4 SE? Or do you need to have the full 'MFD' Multi Function Display or whatever it's called? I've seen video's on youtube with the current MPG being displayed but I can't find it for the life of me on my car

That's fair enough but it was a main dealer warranty claim so I'm not surprised
