Typhoon is the best kit by far although the BMC has a nicer grumble at low revs, performance wise the Typhoon is better too if you run it on the long feed.

It says they have a forged crank and pistons but the rods are not which is why it isn't advisable to run more than 300 lbs ft of torque. The BAM engine is pretty limited tuning wise unless it's re-built Pretty sure the rods will start to bend if you push more than 280bhp which is why you only tend to see mildly tuned TT's & Cupra R's It cost's mega money to get the most from the engine, the BAM engine is probably the least reliab...
