I've only been able to find one from some breakers near Manchester. They wanted £1200 for it with the box and charger which I don't need, and I haven't heard good things about them either, so I think I'll start looking into a rebuild now...

I think I've just melted a piston :( My car started misfiring really badly last night - I got a compression test this morning and found there is no compression on no.4 cylinder. There is oil coming out of the oil filler cap and has poured out of the dipstick pipe and the engine is rattling really ...

I wasn't too sure about the alloys when I first saw them on the car, but they've grown on me quite a bit now. I would love some BBS splitties (I know it's a bit common, but they look great), but I would probably cry if they got scratched or kerbed!!

I tightened the oil feed for my supercharger oil feed at the end where it meets the cylinder head. I over-tightened it a bit and it has knackered the thread on the cylinder head and it leaks A LOT of oil, and I cannot drive the car like this.

Can I repair this with a heli-coil, or is there a better ...
