There are cameras that take a nice photo of the front of the car. But I don't think they flash (the traditional way) to take the photo (maybe for safety reasons). Also some cameras don't require film... the photos are transmitted wirelessly...

The adaptor isn't for connecting different heads/connections. The adaptor is to amplify the aerial on the 9n.

I have one installed on my 9n and reception is very very good... in fact, I never knew there where so many radio stations avaliable in my area .

Like the black furry tape that's wrapped around the audio cables to prevert them from rattling... where can I buy that felt tape (correct name?) from? anywhere online that sells it? No luck with Halfords or my local DIY stores.

Think I'm right in saying you'll get better reception with an adaptor. Your 9n has an amplified antenna and needs to be powered up. The VW Beta, Gamma etc. headunits do this directly, but I think few aftermarket headunits do too(?)... hence the need for an adaptor (which nicks power from the ISO blo...

Think black & white would look very 8) Maybe have the bump strips and door handles black too... and darken the rear lights. Or how about a black bonnet and boot lid/spoiler too... Stick a... Here the story... Well I was wondering how I possibly put some cables in to that ISO plug for the back? Or should I cut the two wires from my head-unit to manually connect the speaker cables in. :twisted: The four female connectors and wires on the block for the rear speakers are missing on the car...

From what I've seen, the facelifts all seem to incorporate the New Golf front end or something very close. No real character between the new cars. A bit boring IMO .

Doesn't the offset/ET vary slightly depending on the size/width of the wheel?

Also how does the parking sensor (000 054 630 g) work? is it similar to those on other cars.... black dots/sensors along the front/rear bumper and wired up to the headunit... more beeps as you get closer?
