As above, after a mk4/6n polo 1.4 16v. (or maybe 6n2 16v 100bhp)

Would prefer it to be black or blue but will consider any others.

As stock as possible, happy with coilovers, maybe induction kit but as stock as poss other than that, but will consider whatever!

I'm based in ashtead (kt21) and ...

as title says, looking for a 6n polo 1.4 16v,
preferably with less than 100 miles on the clock and as standard as possible and 3 door :) but will consider anything, especially if the box has been reconditioned.
based in KT21 so as close to that as possible, and i've got around 1500 might go up for ...

i'd love to have a gti, but am struggling to find the money to firstly buy it and then insure it as its about 400 extra than either of the 16v's..
like the mk5 alot because of the interior and other updated bits, but finding it hard to find a nice one for the right money, i do love the mk4's though ...

mk4 has more power, cheaper.
mk5 is newer, probably in better condition, ABS etc.

will have a look at them..read a few on all the problems they have aswell (gearboxes, cambelts etc)..little bit worried on that front..not a fan of big invoices! but i guess any car that age will have the same problems!

cool, that would be great, would prefer to keep the cups as i looove em and wont have much funds after getting the gti lol, maybe after a year or so

is there any bits to make sure i look at in any gti's i go see? aside from the general things

ok so there's a bit of a change of plan :)

im leaving my polo as is for now, and selling up in early november...for a 6n2 gti :) as i've got some savings and should have a year no claims bonus so insurance will be alot cheaper..

but im left with a set of loverly 15" ATS Cups.. ive been looking ...

definately, gonna give myself a day or two in the holidays to get it done, and make sure all the crap comes off with the paint!!

i wouldn't worry about 165s and they're stretch, if i owned 7s i'd certainly ride them on my GTi, i wouldnt call it an unsafe stretch for small engines.
