Hi just wondering if there are any fabia owners on here who could help? What is the part number for the battery cover? I have a new shape polo 06 and want to get a battery cover. But Vw reckon my chasis number does not have one! :roll: So anyone have any ideas? Ta! The fabia doesn't have a battery ...

theres not much debris to say how big they were.. i know there not overly thick but i expected it to be every where Apparently because of the shape of a cooling tower when they are demolished they just fold in on themselves and all the rubble goes down into the base of the tower. Well as you may have seen on the news it didn't go exactly to plan..... Part of the north tower didn't come down untill a couple of hours after the detonation. We were at work and actually watched the final collapse live on one of the traffic cameras on the viaduct!!!!! We were approx 20 miles away ...

It's looking like there might be a Briskoda meet for this too.... Unfortunately i'm working 12 hour nights on Saturday so will have to do with a last look as i drive past them on Saturday evening..... Then watch what happened on the TV on Sunday.

Well the famous cooling towers next to the M1 @ jcn 34 only have another 5 days before they are reduced to a pile of rubble. The LEDs look really good. Bet they look strange from outside, like aliens have landed or something :lol: You can see them slightly through the curtains but not too bad..... I'm gonna keep them on a steady colour i think rather than them cycling through the different colours so shouldn't be too bad...

our wedding present Is that really what your wife wanted? I can't imagine mine saying I want an HD tv and MS centre speaker lol. Glad your pleased with it anyhow. I'd been saying i wanted one but we never had the money so when my folks said they would buy it she was ok with it as it meant we didn't...

Nice! You got a hi-def source to go into it yet? I love getting new stuff, but its depressing seeing that tv you bought a few months ago drop down in price by £300 :( Cheers mate..... At the minute i have the 360 connected via component so running at 720p as it's one of the older none HDMI equiped...
