Have you tried resetting your fault codes? And do some searching, if the alternator isn't outputting enough voltage the PAS will not work. Also check the connections and wiring. There are two different style/make of pumps, so make sure you get the correct type. It is also the same as fabia's and Ibi...

Depends what power you want.

You could get 170+ with over 300 lbft torque with your intercooler and exhaust, but you would need to upgrade the injectors aswell as the turbo

You don't need the locking tools to do it.
