what's your car's age anyway?

Its was registered in 91 so thats about 14 years old. It was one of the 1st mk3's

Had the MOT done today and it passed. Cost me £42 with prep. Now thats one less thing to worry about for another year.

U are unlikely to find anyting for under £100 unless its second hand. Just the software and receiver for a PDA are like £200. I'm using a PDA and tomtom navigator and I've found it very good.

I like the look of the G40 now that you've made it nice and shiny. That shade of red always looks pukka after a good polish.

I'm from Broadstairs but spend the winter months at Uni in Coventry.

The only meet/show that I know is planed is at Paddock Wood Hop Farm in the summer. Doug is orgainising a UK-Polo stand there, but I don't know anything more than that at the moment

I can truly say it is losing power then gain it again. When it happened the car wasn't loaded, just me and the misses in it.

There will be an improvement in the sound quality,but you will be limited by the standard vw head unit. But for the time being its worth it as any improvement has got to be good.

I just brought some TFT cleaning wipes the other day in PC World. I think they were £4.99 for 100 sheets. Tried them out of my TFT screen and they worked well. They also worked well on CRT montiors. I hope this is of some help.

I know this is a way down the thread, but I've used my Polo Fox for motorway driving everyday to work. I was doing anything upto 160 miles a day going to and from work. I did 40,000 in that year, of which most of it was over the speed limit and my car still run perfectly.

If you go on www.clubpolo.co.uk there is a section on there that will work it all out for you. All you have to do is enter the size of the original tyers then the new one and it will tell you if there is any diffrence. I think you can find it under Mechanical and Tuning.
