yeh there bonded on, mine just poped off with a flat blade screwdriver...check your coilpack aswell as my 16v was missfireing and didnt realise that the coilpack was on its way out.

anyone know how much a new distributer is for the AFH engine? also does the roter arm pop off or is it bonded on?

basically over the last couple of days my polo has been coughing and spluttering in first and second under acceleration, but today its got considerably worse, it now does this in all gears when i try and accelerate! more so in 1st,2nd and 3ed. any ideas as to what this problem is? any help would be ...

yep i would change the cat or get a de cat, funny you should post this as ive just had a de cat fitted today. car pulls much better now (although mine had a fat hole in!)

i prefur the standard 16v lights aswell, i think the 6n2 red lights only suit certain colours

you can do a lupo wiper conversion (wiper arms and the blades). or just do what ive done and just get the aero blades.

yes it replaces the exsisting panel filter which you already have, its fairly straight forward mate. theres a guide how to fit it in the DIY guides section.

Whats your budget? ide recommed the BMC CDA filter quite pricey tho.
