Re: Management light on??
Yeah, pretty common, work for most people from what I read. I understand that the code is likely to be from the exhaust, but if you don't know, why take the risk? Scan costs nothing if you can locate someone with Vag-Com or even one of the Android bluetooth scanners. Lots of fun things to find out (...

Re: whats this?
fairly pointless, the largest point of restriction is the tight angle just before the turbo.

Re: Bigger brakes
If you have bits from a VRS, then:
- carriers
- calipers
- rotors
- pads
All pretty easy, the dust-shield does need to be bent /removed.

The light is there for a reason, don't guess why its there, scan it so you know.

Re: ANYONE FITTED THE FORGE FMIC WITH A CUP FRONT BUMPER????
Forge and Seat intercoolers require modification to the normal bumper, does not surprise me that you have to mod the Cup bumper to get it back on.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

Re: not boosting again!
Loose turbo bolts does not cause limp that i've found, but as there is less exhaust pressure, you loose boost. Car sounds like a truck on idle if its really bad, or noisy (air leak) on WOT if developing. First time I had this issue, 1 bolt was missing, 1 hanging and 1 loose. The last time I've repla...

Re: Drilled AirBox Opinions
Heat does not damage the engine, it reduces the power produced. More heat means less dense air (less oxygen), so there is less power produced in combustion. I found with my old tune the car felt slower with an open filter in the engine bay, but I'm in Australia, so it can get fairly warm. Best optio...

Re: Dump valve
Have a look at running the 008 backwards, unless you are boosting hard you get minimal dump

Black Polo GTI 6 Speed. 320 BHP. Won 2nd place @ MIVW
Looking good dude! Cone filter in a box for stock turbo is about as good as you need (with the PD 160). A bigger turbo like yours needs a lot more air, so a little more heat is less of an issue than flow restriction. Graphs look like 7psi at 3000 rpm, can the boost come on earlier? Looks laggy, but ...
