it's only because reverse is a straight cut gear (hence the racket it makes when reversing) where as others are cone shaped. nothing to worry about.

hi! I do believe that car once belonged to a guy called mchugh on porka.net. he only owned it for a couple of weeks though. It had had a not-so-good re-spray in black (from red) which is presumably why it's been done again. Looks good now! I remember seeing it on ebay and/or autotrader not long ago....

well, I dont know. I quite like the mk5 Golf GTI, it certainly an improvement over the mk4 & probably the mk3 as well.

nope, I actually had an extra hour in bed - by staying in bed for 2 hours longer.

most of the 1.3 mk3 saloons have NZ engines, which is what mine has.

how much is it lowered by? 185/60 is a bit too big but it shouldnt really be causing you problems.
