Re: 330ci E46
They are nice cars buddy, the guy who lives next door but one to me has one and it sounds lovely.
It will be faster but it will feel totally different to drive than the polo, rear wheel drive and heavier etc.
One thing i'd look out for is running costs, tax will be more i'd say probs over £200 a ...

Hi mate,
I have been looking at these for a while and i'd say darkside developements is probably the best place to get one from, they seem about the cheapest and they sell the bracket kit and the pipework too.

Re: VAG COM question
Light on the dash is fine, it needs to be turned off so we can put the baby seat in the front. Do any of you guys have a vag com or know someone who does?

VAG COM question
Does anyone know if you can disable the passenger air bag with a vag com?
If so does anyone here have one and would be willing to do so if I cross their palm with silver?
Cheers

Yep should be fine, i'd turn the ignition on and off a few times before you fire it up just to make sure.

Re: Twitchy back end after installing coilovers.
I'd try getting some new tyres mate.
It could be because there is less give in the suspension now you have fitted the coilovers so it's pushing the tyres harder.

Re: Standard boost confusion!
Struggling to be honest mate i'm assuming the gauge reads 0 when the engine is on tick over?
I have got a boost reading on a data monitor and that reads 15psi on tickover and peaks at 34psi what gauge are you using?

The guy who did my map reckoned the standard system is good for 200 bhp, if you have a look on the nsnp (no smoke no poke) forum, they did the above and choped off the back box on a 150 leon and it gained 5bhp!

Re: Standard boost confusion!
Hi Mate,
Sounds like your gauge is reading atmospheric pressure as well as the boost if your getting levels that are that high.
Where is your take off for the boost gauge?
Cheers
