Just changed the gearbox mount (bit of a tight squeeze to get at the 16mms!!) and while its made it a bit better the clunk it still there.
So, I'm at a bit of a loss as to what else it could be.

Its just, today, passed its MOT with no advisories so there is no bushes etc with play..

Any ideas what ...

Clunk/knock when up shifting.

You can prevent the clunk by easing right off the accelerator and smoothly coming up with the clutch, but not normal driving, every upshift is a clunk.

Been trying to diagnose a clank type of noise when I sometimes lift my clutch to bite point, but I don't really hear it at all in any gear apart from 1st.

I'm debating whether it's one of the 3 mounts, maybe the dogbone / pendulum mount?

I am wondering if anyone has experienced a knocking/clunk noise when turning the steering wheel.

Occurs mainly when steering gear is warm and stationary.

Have checked the UJ joint and had rack and ends checked.
