How hard would it be to change over all the coolant pipes with the engine in position?
I assume it was very easy for u with the lump been out the car n all lol

Heko and climair make wind deflectors for the polo. Climair r more expensive but I've heard they are better quality

Here is mine

The 4 bar fpr is recquired for Revo stage 2, which is what most peole are going for. It's not so much raving about the 4 bar fpr, it's fitted along with stage 2 software and I think people are more raving bout the stage 2.

I am running Revo stage 2 and +30mpg is careful slow-lane motorway driving. More around low 20s mpg for town :( Defo agree with quinny, the 57i kit makes a massive difference! Stage 2 does mean poor mpg, I'm lucky to get over 30mpg if I'm driving like a granny but it is worth it in my opinion. More torque throughout the rev range and feels so much stronger. Overall straight-line speed I would say there ain't much in it but it's not about that in my opinion.

I put mine on eBay with a very honest description n people went crazy for them! I started it at £99 and they went for £460, Tyres were near legal limit but sold well. The 4 bar fpr is used on a lot of VAG cars and is a Bosch part. I ordered mine through a company called frencos near me.

Revo hq fitted it along with a forge fmic and stage 2 software. I obviously noticed a big difference coz I had lots done that day lol

I've done 14.2 @ 99.64 at Santa pod in my dyno proven 239bhp 9n3 GTI.
