Water ingestion is very bad news for an engine. Unlikely to be top end damage, most likely bent a rod or 2.

Not many pro detailers with their own unit etc will be that cheap.
Russ at mcc in walsall is one of the best in the business and he starts at around £200. His work is incredible though.
