Middle one for front doors
Lower one for rear doors

On continious wiping the relais is on so no clicking.

It should be on top of the engine, on mine it was on the right side if you stand in front of the car, torx T25 if I remember it ( )

It could be, it worked for my car then.
Sometimes it started and sometimes it didn't.

If you have (if I remember correctly) the G40 sensor problem in the VCDS scan it could very well be your problem

Did you replace the camshaft sensor?
On my old Polo 9N3 I had the same warning lights, after replacing it was OK.

The sensor detects if the UDP is met if I'm correct
When it fails to detect this, the engine will not start to prevent damage.

Ok, On the uk-polos.net they call it mk7....

VW calls it mk4.
In England they refer to it as mk7

Translation = automatic locking when driving
