Re: New Polo SE 95 - problems
Over the last 3 days or so I've also noticed a rattle/vibration in the handbrake area but found it to be the passenger seat belt receptacle (RHD vehicle.) I might just try that micro-fibre cloth trick I read here earlier to see if that resolve the noise.

Re: 2019 lead times
well I like the car, It will be my first ever brand new car, its full spec. I'm waiting since January, and probably will wait for few more months. But the sad thing is that here in Croatia they don't give you any info about the car. All i have from dealer is that the car is not even produced yet.. ...

Re: My Polo R Line
Here in South Africa the new Polo R-Line is shipped with Bonneville 17 inch rims although I still prefer the Serron 17 inch rims on my old (2017) R-Line.

Re: New 2018 Polo GTI faults
My observation wrt climatic control on the 2019 GTI is that on start up the air con is ON but the bars in the LCD display (for fan speed) are missing, then reappear once the car is running a few seconds later. Almost like a delayed start feature. I also find it odd that one uses the " - " ...

Re: 2019 lead times
I feel your pain guys. Luckily the factory is not to far from me so I only waited 3 months in total. I doubt I'd have the patience to endure the wait ya'll have to put up with but know that once your wheels arrive the vrrpah never gets old

Re: Creaking from Dashboard?
I've owned a few Polo's over the last 10 years, most assembled here in Uitenhage near Port Elizabeth in South Africa and they all rattle and squeak from day one. The only Polo that had no issues for about 18 months was the Bluemotion Polo assembled in Spain. The 2014 Polo face lift also had a loud v...

Re: What MPG are owners getting in the real world?
"Just thought I'd correct your mpg - 8.7L/100km = 1.9Gallons/62 Miles = 33mpg."
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: What MPG are owners getting in the real world?
Here in South Africa we use the metric system so forgive me if my conversion is incorrect but I'm currently getting 8.7L/100KM (±27mpg) and travelled 1150KM in two weeks. I'm confident these figures will improve once the engine is "broken-in" but I find it far too addictive keeping it &quo...
