Thanks for the name of the screws

The grille arrived today - I was unaware the Volkswagen badge didn't come with the grill. . .when I take my old grill off can I take out the Volkswagen logo and just clip it into my new grill?

Does it just twist off?

I've just ordered the grille.

I can't wait to put it on - the only dodgy bit would be the 4 clips that you have to unclip with a flat tool - I can't see any clips.

I don't think you could paint them black - the pearlised paint might not attach (or any paint for that matter). It's the cheap grey bumpy stuff that's on it - i'm not that bothered it's not as noticeable on mine as it is a red car for example. Besides everyone will be looking dazzlingly into my gril...

I have a standard Polo (it's my first car and it's diamond pearl black and I love it). . .who do you guys take your car to to get the grill swapped.

Is it easy / cheap? . . .and also can you put the original back on if your looking to sell in the future.
