Re: Kenwood Sat nav upgrade
what about rns 310 with western europe maps installed, then you'd have a oem looking one with bluetooth and what not at less of the cost? I'm interested in this as well just as a general upgrade 6C polo uses the new MIB system which locks you out of both the old system and aftermarket replacements....

Re: Kenwood Sat nav upgrade
Looked into this myself so also curious to see what people think. The installation looks very easy to do your self so you might save a bit of cash that way?

Iv done this loads of times, never needed to remove the door rubber, just pull the trim. Only time its different is if there is an airbag which will be clearly marked.

Re: Water Drains and damp inside
Not seeing anything below the glove box, but worked out turning on the fans makes the condensation so the water is clearly in the air system.
Really let down its a problem at all.

Water Drains and damp inside
Hi guys, My Polo 6C is really damp inside, I have to run the air con and recirculate for 5 mins before I can drive due to condensation. Anyone have any suggestions for common entry points for the water? its only a year old so a bit let down to be honest. Also are there any drains on the polo that ge...

Is this specifically for GTi or can the BlueGTs get in on the fun?

Re: Polo Blue GT BSR remap review
Oh well that's nice to know that you've not had issues, I guess they would only really look into it if there was a huge engine or gearbox bill Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My thoughts exactly. I know the current golf R had a turbo issue and if you were mad enough to go to the dealer with soft...

Re: Polo Blue GT BSR remap review
Would be tempted by something like this for my 6C GTI but as far as I am aware, even if you remove the map dealers will still be able to see that the ECU has been flashed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I have heard this before, but I have never actually seen anyone heard of it being an issue i...

Polo Blue GT BSR remap review
So after a rather long weather induced delay (its bad in the North West!) here is my review of the BSR remap for the Polo Blue GT. First a little back ground on the VAG cars I have owned: 1. Golf MK4 PD100 (still got it, no breakdowns after 230,000 miles) 2. Polo GTi 9n3 (Revo remapped) 3. Golf GTi ...

Re: 6C Blue GT BSR Remap first impressions
Coming up this weekend. Been snowed under. Basically the car feels like my MK5 Golf GTi at stock.

Re: 6C Blue GT BSR Remap first impressions
I'm currently in process of talking with bsr via email. There figures are lowering than dtuk. However dtuk seem to just overfill and over boost to get their figures. The bsr is just a map the same if you went to a tuning company and had it mapped on a rolling road. Bsr tho offer a warranty on the m...

Re: New GTI
Ok maybe a small moan but this is doin me head in now as I love me music and just can't get stereo to sound as I'd like so I'm not enjoying my tunes lol. What are peoples equaliser setting positions, also the fader positions. My music is high bitrate mp3's which sound fine on other equipment. Though...
