I reckon it'd be even better if it was reduced down further, I know a fair few people have commented to me that there are "too many forums" on here.
The "Polo Community" section has quite a lot of sections still. Could be minimised down to:
Announcements
Leave as it is, that's worthwhile.
UK Polos Member Information
This could be a single section, containing Donations, Member Discounts and Merchandise.
Club House
Which could also include the Competitions section, these could be posted as announcements. There's only been one competition so far, I think more people would notice them if they were in with the Club House.
Meetings and Events
Fine as it is[/b]
Members Rides
Fine as it is.
Was that you?
Nice follow on from above.
Forum Tech Help
This bit could also include the Testing Forum. That said, the testing forum seems to be a bit pointless as when you change your sig it updates all your old posts. So, if you do so, just find an old post and see if it's worked. I don't reckon it's really needed.
Just my 2p worth, it's not my forum though so feel free to ignore it. I like it here anyway!

aaaaa! my poor autistic-spectrum mind cannae take it cap'n.. curse you Dub_NV!
i think something more general should be up top (at least in the first screen) to not scare newbs away - something like the General Chit Chat section is always a good comfort blanket when you first join a board
otherwise, well ... so long as all the bits are in place, they wont exactly be hard to find in a linear list
can't help thinking that the mk1 and mk2 owners are going to start fighting, now, though ... theres more difference between those than mk2-mk3 after all

Why have Mk1's and 2's been lumped together? Aside from the 1043cc and 1093cc engines (the 1043 at least can be found in one incarnation or another up to a Mk4), they're pretty much completely different cars.
It'd make more sense to put 2's in with 3's if any two marks needed putting together.
Either that or put 4,5,6,7 together under the heading of "boring modern stuff"

a bit different but i like it!
i'd imagine the mk3 and g40 sections have been lumped together for the same reason??!!
this is better as people with normal mk3's can help the g40's with any info (incase the peeps with normal mk3's don't check the g40 section!)
however, the gti section is still seperate from the mk5 section! the reason i believe this has been left is that the gti section and mk5 sections are alot more active!
