Help wheel trouble

Hi guys my keskins recently have started corroding but not on the actual wheel itself or the lip. just the centre cap!

Any ideas of what to do? Should i get em refurbed or just buy new ones?

Any names, contact numbers, ideas and prices welcome. I have attached some piccies

Buy new ones??? You mad?? Thats only the center caps!

How long you had them, if not long, you should get in touch with keskin about replacement caps!

lol no sorry mate i only meant getting new centre caps! lol

Had them about 1 year now

Phew, sorry misread your origininal post :roll:

I dunno mate, i'd get in touch with keskin and say to them surely they shouldnt corrode....if they say they cant help, ask for a price on a new center caps and also find out a price on getting the caps refurbed. Compare the 2 and go for the cheapest. If theres not much differnece in price, just go for a new set. :)

It pays to complain, as my Nan says :mrgreen:

Apparently, the laquer used on Keskin's wheels isn't the best (maybe they get it from the same place as BBS :P).

You could always strip off the corroded laquer with some Nitromors, and polish the corroded bit on the centre cap.
