Car Breaking - lots of bits

Post by polopowah »

Hi all

I haven't been on here in a few years having drifted away from the car scene, I see that a few regular faces are still here :)

Unfortunately my Polo has com to the end of the line, its Gear Box has gone, and misc other transmission bits, also front shocks leaked etc and I got quoted £1400 to fix it all up, which I thought was rather steep.
So now i'm putting a feeler out for parts

In due time (hopefully within the week and fitting it around work) I will put pictures up of what is to be sold.

Off the top of my head I have

- Number Plate P666 0L0 (open to offers)

- Full GTI interior inc Seats and door cards (not A1 few scuffs and one of the electric door mirror switches has snapped off which can be repaired)

- LHD rear smoked lights

- Front Foglight kit (one lamp has a crack in it from a stone-chip hardly noticeable)

- Kamei Grille, debadged and sprayed red arond the edges

- Rear spoiler

- DTM style Scorpion Exhaust cat-back (this is only 2 years old)

- Front Black angel eye headlights

- Black and red gear gaitor

pics to give you an idea

I have bits of the Spax Coil-over suspension kit (some bits are nearly new) but the car at present is on stock suspension

Cheers and thanks for looking.

It's been awhile!
Yes I still have the wheels, the tyres will need replacing on two them and could do with a refurb.

I shall be popping up to my Mum n Dad's on Friday (as thats where its been stored ready to break) and will take pictures and finalise prices etc.

Cheers.

Right

Apologise for the delay in getting back to you, been very busy with work.

Here are theprices for the bits

Number plate P666OLO = £400
Complete GTI set = £100
Angel Eyes + smoked indicators = £50
Spoiler = £35
Kamei grille + bonnet notch = £35
Front foglight kit = £20
DTM style Scorpion Exhaust cat-back = £50
16" Tsw Pace Alloys, 2 Tyres legal, 2 not = £50
Gear Gaitor (this isn't the GTI one) = £5

I also have unpainted sideskirts which I will get pics of soon.

The Coil-over bits are sold.

Also I no longer have that front splitter.

Kind regards

Ben
