Polo is a girls car

Post by mysteryboy »

Guys sorry to say this but it seems the Polo is indeed a girls car.
I've been a denial myself for a long time and have come to a conclusion that the rumours are true.
Why?What makes you say that I hear you say...

Well ever since I stuck a for sale sign on my car I've only had girls phoning and just one guy who was after a 16v...

So all this constumisation, bad boy bonnet style, what ever and it's still percieved as a girly-mobile...

Thoughts?

I think youve got this slightly wrong sorry to say.

The polo doesnt attract girls because its girly car, its a girl magnet a subtle difference that is very easily confused.

the vw polo is a lynx can on wheels

Yep, my name is now Olivia since I drive a Polo.

Wait! What if you drive two different cars? The Polo's girly, and the 'Rocco is more masculine. Does that make me a hermaphrodite?

Seriously, it's a unisex car, to be honest. It's really down to who drives them.

Glad you all agree

Why the polo though? I see corsa as a girly car yet everyone else thinks its a boy racer car...people even think micras are more manly than the polo.
What we all need to do is get a big stickers sayin MAN to up its reputation as a mean lean driving machine.

To CymruPolo, i get the same comments too!!!....Usual comments: "hey nice motor you've got there", my response "oh cool thanks!"....they then say "ive been considering a golf for a while now, but they're overpriced!!!"...Soooo tempted to stick the middle finger!!!!!!!

Regards to "girl or boy", gotta say its a girls car....when driving, i tend to find, it doesnt really draw alot of attention, (usual girl car characteristic), but on the other hand, when it does, people tend to lock there eyes onto it, especially the front end...it has that effect on me too!!!
