Hi all,

I have seen some wheels i want with a bore of 56.6 but obviously VW fitment is 57.1

Does anyone fancy or know of anyone who can bore out (turn) for me?

Cheers,

Chris

Personally I wouldn't advise it, you are damaging in the integrity of the wheel. I'm not sure an Insurance advisor would like it either.

But, if you really want it done any decent engineering place should be able to do it for you. But it's your funeral if it goes wrong ;)

engineering firm round here did a mate of mines a few months back, and hes had no problems at all! Its not as though its a big jump from 56.6 to 57.1 - .5 of a mm to be precise!

It's a figure of speech. It means don't blame me if something goes wrong.

I don't mean you are going to die
