RCD330 plus or 8" Android headunit

Post by PhilEvelyn » Sun May 13, 2018 11:10 am

I'm hoping to get some advice on choosing a replacement headunit for VWs standard unit.

Most of the discussion I've seen talks about the RCD330 plus but my magpie brain keeps being drawn to the shiny Joying 9" Android Oreo headunit.

Is there anyone who has put in a similar headunit and regretted it because they lost some functionality from the original VW unit? Like door open etc etc.

If you want originality, and functionality, the RCD330 is the way to go
