hi, anyone installed bluetooth into their cars with an "OEM" look. aiming for either a later unit or a discreet XCARLINK type box in the glovebox.
have a double din gamma / changer setup, and would like to retain this if possible - with minimal wiring modifications too!

I got an RMT200 from the VW accessories brochure. I think it's aimed at the Up, but it was plug-and-play in the 9n. Bluetooth, USB (works well with iPods/iPhones and USB sticks), SD card, and CD. Looks stock, and has proper red backlighting. The screen is black and white though like more modern VW stuff, rather than blue though.
The Bluetooth works well with my Nokia Lumia 930, and the voice control just patches straight through to Cortana, which is awesome. I think it would do the same with Siri or Google Now too.
