RCD 310 Saving radio presets

Evening all,
Recently bought a 63 plate 1.2l Polo Trendline
I’am stumped on how to store/place radio stations i’d Like in the memory slots on DAB 1/2 FM 1/2 and to be saved for my preference on the RCD 310.
Autosave feature doesent seem to be doing its function.
Is this a memory issue, requiring a factory reset ? Locality change from being brought from Leeds now residing in Leicester ?
Could I get a helping hand, it would be much appreciated.
