Hi guys, recenltey replaced my front discs and pads with the ones from my previous polo gti, ( which were already beaded in) and now i have barely any brake pedal feel and the brakes just feel awful now. any ideas on what could be causing it? or could it be that the calipers haven't adjusted or the system needs bleeding?
thoughts are appreciated cheers!

check the fluid levels, and do a bleed of the front calipers. then report back
