Suspect engine mounts?

Hi, new to this forum so please forgive me if this issue has been discussed before...I have a 2012 1.2 3 cylinder Polo that runs and drives really well (33K on the clock). Whilst doing the oil/filters change today I noticed that the engine can be rocked back and forth by hand more than I was expecting and certainly more than my other front wheel drive vehicles. Movement can be seen in the upper engine mount (but no damage) the other mount cannot be seen easily as its below the battery tray. Firstly is this "normal" or is it a known problem with a readily available fix? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
