Carpet replacement

Post by littlepolo »

I'm thinking to replace the carpet on another vehicle and would be pleased to hear from anyone who has done this. Is it likely to be straightforward in terms of removing the old carpet and using it as a template to cut a new one from a roll? Or will any moulded/raised areas create a challenge?

The carpet is a moulded item and can only be replaced with such. There is no way anything from a roll would work. You are best to pick one up used, or order a new one via the dealer
