where's the starter motor??

I'm gona fit a push start button on my vw polo 1.4 8v Mk5. Was just wondering if anybody knew where the starter motor is. I have a feeling it might be really difficult to get to. can anybody help me.

If you look underneath the car (or even just under the bonnet), the starter motor should be sticking out alongside the gearbox. Where it is exactly on your car I do not know but that is the rough placing of it.
