Polo 6R Bluetooth module mount location?

Hi everyone,

Im about to install a BT unit in our 2013 R-line Polo.
I believe there is no special mount under the seat like in most VW cars so I was wondering what location other owners used to hide it?
Im making my own loom so I could place it possibly anywhere. Just not that familiar with space behind panels yet other than the BCM amd relay panel. It could possibly be fitted there?

Sorry I can't specifically help you with where to put the unit but on my MK6 Golf I just stuffed my BT Fiscon Plus down the back of the stereo compartment wrapped in a small towel so it wouldn't rattle and it was fine. I know there is some room in there but not sure of how much.

Can I ask about the loom you are making? Is it easy enough to do?

I placed the module under the drivers seat

Lay the module on the carpet and mark the carpet where the lugs are

cut some slits and insert the lugs (use some velcro too)
