As stated above mine is playing up indicators have finally given up the ghost, what is the easiet and quickest way of changing it, i presume battery dis connected, then what???

Battery disconnected. Remove airbag. Set steering wheel straight. Remove steering wheel. Remove indicator stalk. Refit in reverse

i take it the air bag just pops off??

It has to be released - theres a guide on here somewhere that ive written on how to remove it

So it turns out after taking the airbag off wheel off and replacing the stalk it was the flasher unit all along, wonderful a job that took about an hr,could have taken 5 mins, oh well live and learn!!! sorted now though, so i no longer need to get funny looks when going round round abouts!!! happy days!!!
