6J is the width.

57.1 is the diameter of the hole in the back of the alloy that fits over the hub

4x 100 means 4 bolts spaced 100mm apart

You’ll also need to look for the offset. Ideally ET30-ET45 otherwise they can rub

Yes, they should do. The ‘no more than 15, ideally 14’ is the diameter of the wheel in inches. 6j is the wheel width in inches, 4x100 stud pattern is a 4 bolt / stud fixing on a circle with a 100mm diameter, and 57.1 refers to the size of the wheel’s centre bore.

You should also consider the offset (ET) of any wheels that you’re planning of fitting - i.e. how far the wheel ‘pokes’ out or tucks under the wheel arch. The lower the ET number, the further out the wheels will protrude, If your current wheels are the originals, then they’re probably 5.5j (5.5 inches wide), with an offset of ET38. If you stick with a 5.5j wheel, best to keep to an offset which is close to your current offset to avoid any tyre rubbing issues. With a 6j wheel, an offset of ET44 will result in the inner face of the wheel being 1/2” closer to the suspension strut and pretty much no difference in ‘poke’ - the face of the wheel being pretty much in the same position relative to the edge of the wheel arch as it is with a 5.5j ET38 wheel.

Don’t forget that fitting different wheels to your car is a modification for insurance purposes, so you’ll need to inform your insurer.
