got it custom mapped today.
full stage 2 power

it was mapped on the road so i have no dyno cheet.
this will follow.
stock it made 0.6bar in mid range and @6000rpm 0.3bar.
now it makes 1.2bar in the middle area and @6000 it still got 1bar.
thats verry high for a K03s.
he spent 3hours of finetuning on it
pulls hard and strong all the way to 6500rpm.
did 240Km/u and had to let off due the traffic.

goes verry good and raced against a Golf V GTI Edition 30 with DSG and stock 230Hp.
rolling start in 4th gear and i immediantly took about 3 - 4 cars on him
from standing start i realy did have to wait for it to come by and then get his ass kicked :D
did a fast Gtech run on the way back.
0-60mph: 5.9sec
1/4mile: 14.4sec
i bet i can do better

only problem is, we think there is something wrong with the N75.
it goes good, but when i use it good a couple of times it gets wierd.
it probably build up heat or so and at 3500rpm it gets "bumpy", it looses power and build up, looses again, build up (verry fast) stuttering.
we don't know what the problem is, no false codes or so.
played with the diverter valve but nothing helped.
later this day i fit my mates diverter and see what it does.
thuesday i will fit a new N75 valve, hopefully it won't be something else.
anyone got ideas??

turns out it was ne N249 valve that opens up the diverter valve,
this will be programmed out together with the N112 valve.
also new injectors (380cc) or 4bar FPR will be getting his place.
now the injectors are running at max capacity so thats not good.
when this is done we can give a few turns on the actuator also.
again some finetuning and its done

went to Germany for a dragrace in Aldenhoven 1/4th mile.
best time was 14.20sec and 0-60 in 5.7sec
i know i can do better, only had 6 runs, did 3 times a 14.4 with a friend next to me that weighs about 100Kg.
not bad i guess.

yesterday i had a litlle "meeting" among friends.
and it was a great opportunity te "test" a bit against each other.
it was the first time for me and my polo since it is mapped to stage 2.
and about a week ago i installed a 4bar FPR and got it mapped again.
car runs alot smoother and feels a bit faster also.

so, time to test against other cool stuff...
everything was from rolling start.

Polo VS Honda Civic Type R EP3 (215Hp)
the GTI seriously took about 4 - 5 carlenghts emmediantly.
it wa such a diffrence that i tested in 3th gear 2500rpm and the Type R in 2nd gear about 5500rpm (Vtec zone)
we were neck on neck untill after 5sec the type R needed to shift and fell behind, polo was gone

Polo VS Nissan Sunny GTI-R (300Hp)
tested several times from 2nd gear, 50Km/u to 5th gear, 200Km/u.
run after run it was exacly the same, neck on neck.
realy thought i would loose this one because this GTI-R is exacly as fast as a E46 M3 up to 200Km/u (after that M3 gets away)

polo VS Subaru impreza (1st model 270Hp)
i have to say that the impreza was not running right, had a few problems with it but tested anyway.
he had no chance at all, turbolag like a pig, polo bursted away...
tried it with the polo in 3th gear and subaru in 2nd gear and polo still launched away from the impreza.
not realy a reference but, fun to do :P

polo VS Subaru Impreza (1st model 330Hp)
i know this one i realy fast, good friend of mine also.
but also has alot of turbolag compared to the GTI.
so the polo took about 2 - 3 cars on him and when we go to next gear he starts to come closer, shortly after he blows by pretty fast!
did a run in low RPM just for fun (about 2500rpm)
polo pulls away and subaru got turbolag.
when i got to 220Km/u i still diddn't see a subaru passing me, he was still 2 cars behind :P
he was verry supprised by how the polo goes

polo VS Ford Focus RS (1st model 255Hp)
also has a bit turbolag so the polo pulls away pretty fast and keeps on going.
could not keep up.
did a run in high rpm (about 3500 - 4000rpm)
and still the polo was faster, pulled away a bit less but still verry strong, took about 15 cars on him from 50km/u to 220km/u :D
thought it was faster...

Polo VS Honda Integra Type R DC2 (227Hp)
i must say that this car is realy realy fast, gas response is like no other car, realy!
it could go along side with the polo from rolling start, but only for a second or 2.
after that the polo makes more power and torque and i took a about 2 - 3 cars on him, after that it was pretty much the same.
polo was getting away still, but slowly.

polo VS Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-T (260 - 280Hp)
immediantly i took about 2 cars on him, after that it was like the integra, slowly but sure the polo got away, but not by much.
shame it was still limited on 180Km/u

so, after all this, we all were supprised about how the litlle GTI goes (including myself)
never thought it could keep up, let alone win from such cars
polo goes verry strong now, i can feel that, but this was beyond expectations!
so we did a Vbox run again, this divice is one of the most accurate things i have seen to measure Hp.
tested it many times if someone has gone to a dyno, the Vbox said the same result within 5Hp diffrence.
this could be diffrent from being on a dyno or being on the road.
anyway, when it was mapped without the 4bar FPR it got 190Hp@wheels and about 219Hp on the flywheel.
did some runs and the best run was 212Hp@wheels and the least was 204Hp@wheels.
so we took the average of those runs,
now it has 208Hp@wheels and about 240Hp on the flywheel.
soon i'm going to a dyno where i have allways been to, so we can see the results and upgrades perfect.
curious about the torque... must be over 350nM i guess :?:
other things we measured:
100-200Km/u: low 15sec with 2 persons (alone i must get high 14's)
100-150Km/u: 5.7sec (2 persons)

next time i'll make some movies of it.
i have to test against som eother friends also...
Civic Type R EP3 248Hp
Civic Type R EP3 245Hp
Fiesta ST supercharged, 266@wheels and 300Hp on fly.
i'll keep you posted!

Today i raced against some friends again.

did some runs against the Civic Type R EP3 with 245Hp.
nailed it big time :P
got some video's of it, post it up tomorrow.

raced against Toyota MR Turbo with 250Hp.
standing start, i got beaten, pretty hard!
once on the roll i come closer but i won't catch it back.
MR is also limited to 180Km/u so it's the max we could test.
rolling start the polo is stronger every time, more torque i guess,
and polo keep getting further slowly.

polo vs Civic 1.6 Vtec Turbo 237Hp (model before EK9 :?: )
standing start i nail it to about half way 3th gear, then it comes good over me.
rolling start in 2nd and 3th, polo is stronger in lower rpm, taking the lead, but in higher RPM the Civic comes over again.
verry strong and light car, expected the outcome, i knew he was verry fast

Polo VS a3 1.8t 235Hp
as well from standing start as from rolling start, polo is faster.
take about 3- 4 cars on him easy.
ps: 2 persons in polo, 1 person in A3.

polo VS Mitsubischi Lnacer Evo X +-350Hp
exacly the same, lancer is more alert on the gas, takes 30cm on the polo, but polo comes back and crawls over the Lancer by 30cm.
it keeps going on that way, so they are equally fast!
also have video's of this but someone else filmed it, dont have the footage here with me but will be posted in the coming day's.

tomorow i will test against the fast Civic EP3 with 250Hp,
this one is ALOT faster as the one with 245Hp, sounds wierd but it's finetuned better i guess.
we'll see tomorow how it goes.
this wil also be filmed!

ps: it was about time there were coming some video's :P
