VW Polo 07 Air Bag Light On

Hi There,

I had a friendly recently change there battery as they were away for a while and came back to a flat battery.

Since then the air bag light has been on or from what she can remember. Ive used a code reader and got the codes:

00532 - Signal B +
01044 - Control Module Incorrectly Coded

Unfortunately the faults erase but come back, ive done a battery reset but not sure where to turn. Have they got a battery that is incompatible with the car or?
