Just wondering if the front lower wishbone is different on different models, a bit like mk3 golf had widetrack on the gti.
Does the gti or ibiza cupra, fabia vrs have anything different apart from springs compared to the less sporty ones?

Re: Lower wishbone differences
It is a long time since I bumped into this, but I think that the either both sides are slightly different to allow for shorter road springs, and the LHS is certainly different to accommodate the 6 speed gearbox.
Somebody somewhere did some work on using the lower swivels on the wrong sides to change the suspension geometry and also maybe using TT hub carriers?

Re: Lower wishbone differences
Managed to get an online etka type thing working, looks like they are same on all types, e to gti, shocks may differ to match spring lengths, not checked actual console mount (not bush) to see if 6 speed is an oddity.
So only real one upgrade is cupra bushes in the back of them, and the spring and shocks then.
